This project is the first six star development according to the Green Building Council of Australia’s new star rating system which is the Highest achievable rating and indicates the projects world leader status in terms of Ecologically Sustainable Development initiatives.
Geschke plumbing installed the complete plumbing systems including stormwater and downpipes with diversion systems to harvest the rainwater, sewer and fire test water. Hot Water is Solar and all fixtures and faucets are AAAA rated.
